Through energetic bodywork, she helps clients transcend fleeting relief and step into a lasting state of renewal. As the visionary behind Kalma / The KLTV, she has shaped more than a wellness space. It’s a sanctuary where the noise of the world fades and the inner self is given the space to restore.

Kendra approaches healing as an act of deep care—one that goes beyond the physical to nurture the whole self. Through intuitive touch and presence, she creates a space where tension dissolves, energy flows, and restoration takes root. Guided by a lifelong calling to help others, she sees massage as more than a practice. It’s the pathway to renewal.

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we require that clients provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, log into your Mindbody account via desktop or the Mindbody mobile app.

There is street parking available on Wolfe, Thames, and Ann Street as well as the Premium Parking garage at 915 S Wolfe St.

To enter, go through The Collective entrance on Fell St and walk up to the third floor.

First, congratulations! If you think you are pregnant, please be mindful when scheduling your time. We do not provide services within the first trimester for your safety. Past 12 weeks, we are happy to have you in for some prenatal self-care!

The frequency of your sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Many find that regular sessions help maintain and promote ongoing healing. We are here to guide you and recommend a schedule that best supports your well-being.

After your session, we encourage you to take time to hydrate. Allow yourself the space to integrate the work done and notice how your body and mind respond in the following days.
