Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment start time. There is street parking available on Wolfe, Thames, and Ann Street as well as the Premium Parking garage at 915 S Wolfe St. To enter, go through the KLTV entrance on Fell St and walk up to the third floor.
Payment
We charge full payment upon completion of your service, at which time any discounts will be applied. Packs and gift cards can be utilized as well. We require a credit card on file for late cancellations and no-show appointments.
Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we require that clients provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
